grounding
Today I went to our location for our re-connection meet up. When creating re jewellery one of our values is about connection, connection to the earth, ourselves and each other so i wanted to create a community that reflects that. Re-connection is a Facebook group (you can join here) that allows like-minded high vibe people to connect, master their mindset and become the best versions of themselves. I give journal prompts, meditations, topics to focus on and ways to elevate ourselves and offer meet ups so we can connect in person. We are having our first ever meet up in a ew weeks and today I went to the location where we will be walking and meeting we will begin the meet with a meditation focused on grounding. Today my beautiful friend guided that meditation and it was so deeply grounded. Being out in the forest elevated it completely because I really felt like my roots were deep in the ground.
